St Barths is one of the stunning jewels of the Caribbean island chain. A far cry from the rustic charm of other islands, St Barths offers crystal clear waters, clean beaches, international gastronomy and luxury shopping.
2020 will be the 11th edition of this regatta, which offers high-quality inshore racing, but on a more exclusive scale than Antigua Sailing Week. St Barths is also popular with the super-yacht classes, with Rambler and Comanche having previously featured in the maxi class which makes for fantastic on-the-water spectating as well as racing.
Sailing Logic’s Voiles de St Barth programme includes a days training and preparation, followed by the seven-day regatta.
No previous racing experience is required although some prior sailing experience is preferred to ensure that we are both safe and competitive.
We have a variety of yachts from high performance race yachts to cruiser races available. Please call or email our office for details.
St Barths is a small island and does not have an international airport, but there are several travel options:
International flight to St Maarten, followed by a short hop on the local bus to arrive in the marina before 1pm to meet the skipper and join the yacht delivery to St Barths. For later arrivals, there are 3 Great Bay ferries a day from St Maarten to St Barths which take about an hour. (It’s a similar trip from Southampton to Cowes).
Alternatively you can fly into Antigua and take an internal LIAT flight to St Maarten. After the regatta you can join the delivery from St Barths to Antigua.
No previous experience is needed.
